Kielder Water is the biggest manmade lake in northern Europe and pitching beside it puts you in a great location to enjoy a range of brilliant activities on the water, while the open countryside it inhabits is great to explore – by foot or by bike. The affiliated site has its own indoor pool and a crazy golf site, while cycle hire is available and the nearby birds of prey centre is also very entertaining. Leaplish Waterside Park just a short walk away also offers a range of activities to suit people of all ages.
It is a great family-friendly site that includes a toilet block, laundry room and waste disposal among its amenities. Pets are welcome and will love the environment, while a total of 83 hardstanding pitches are available to both members and non-members.
